Slag Receiving and Storage
Granulated blast furnace slag is received via hoppers, apron feeders, belt conveyors, and screw conveyors into designated storage yards or bins.
Slag Drying
Incoming slag moisture is managed through integrated drying systems, utilizing rotary dryers or hot-gas arrangements based on heat economics.
Crushing & Pre-Processing
Oversized feed material is size-reduced using jaw crushers, impact crushers, or roller crushers before entering the primary mill.
Metering and Proportioning
Belt weigh feeders, load cells, and automated dosing systems regulate continuous material proportioning to stabilize mill operation.
Slag Grinding
